I have received a faulty/ incorrect/ defective item. What should I do? At Zerofy, we thoroughly check your order for any faults or defects before shipping them to you. However, if you do receive a faulty product, please email us at zerofyobject@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Upon verifying your request, we will replace the faulty product right away.
Can I return a product if I don’t like it? Yes, absolutely. You have 7 days from receiving your order to decide if the product is right for you. Simply email us at zerofyobject@gmail.com with the reason for the return. Please note that the courier charges will be borne by the customer in case of returns. If goods are lost/damaged in transit, we would not take liability for the same.
I have placed an order for an incorrect phone case/AirPods model. What can I do?
We request you to please confirm your device model before placing an order. Since each of our products is customized, we will be unable to process any returns/exchanges in case of a wrongly ordered product.
How to Exchange:
Exchange product will be shipped after the returned product is product is received.
Any positive refund will be initiated once the exchange product is delivered to you.
No refund/exchange shall be issued in case the returned product is not found in its original condition with tags and packaging.
How to Return:
To return your product, you should send it to our warehouse, as will be indicated by us by mail.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.500, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the package. The amount will be refunded to your original form of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via IMPS/Gpay/Paytm/Phonepe.
